IGN.com has a trailer for Transformers: The Game that is coming out probably same week as the movie.
The trailer is about 1 minute long, features voice of Optimus Prime and shows some of the in game cinematics and maybe some game play, especially of Bumblebee and Barricade. It also provided a decent view of Optimus transforming. Still not 100% but adds to the picture. Good use of the faction icons too. Wouldn't mind seeing a shirt or screensaver of them. Overall the visuals of the games look solid. The landscape seem oddly empty but hopefully that will change with the final product.

In addition, some new info has come out about the game. Not sure of the orginial source but the full poster's writeup (MBGFX) is here. The highlights:
- 9 playable characters.
- XBox 360 will run at 720p, PS3 at 1080p.
- The PC, and consoles will have same elements but the graphics will be "optimized" for the Wii. IE, dumb-downed so it can handle it. I have a Wii, love it, but you don't get it for its graphic capabilities.
- Have full weapons arsenal but will still need to learn to use em.
- 9 different destructible environments.
- Reward system for tasks such as protecting, destroying, speed, etc. Probably faction dependent.
- Opening CGI Intro is narrated by Cullen with detailed war sequences between the factions on Cybertron. Probably the first time G1 Cybertron has been animated since the series ended in 1987. Actually war...pretty much never.
- PSP version will have 20 playable characters including G1. Would think the consoles with the greater data space etc would have more characters. Makes me wonder if they plan on doing the mini-transactions in the future to allow future character purchases.
- Nintendo DS will allow for 35 possible vehicle scans with color customization.
- DS game more Generation 1 based rather then movie based.
- Tokens unlock new characters and cheats. Tokens earned in daily Nintendo Wi-Fi challenges.
The final bit of game news is another version of the game from Glu Mobile. Can read about it here if interested.
