I have made some slight modifications to the site to hopefully with getting information from it and to it a little.
Blogger already has built-in RSS feeds but now I have also signed up for feedburner to provide additional avenues along with a long on the right hand column to make it easier for readers to add the site to readers.
In addition, with the instructions from Tech Wrap and Exploding Boy, I added the ability to Digg posts and add them to Del.icio.us., the links of which are at the bottom of each post.
Finally, while looking into the above, I found out about Freshblog, which provided a way to create a drop-down menu for the archives rather then a long list that clutters up the right hand column more then it already it.
If know about any other ways to improve the site and also to help drive traffic to it, let me know. No promises on my using it, but always open to suggestions.

Transformers Movie Ironhide Toy Pics Leaked
Thanks to a reader noticing that the TFW2005 boards had posted some pics of the toy version of Ironhide. Fortunately, before the poster pulled to pics the fine folks over at Transformers Movie Pic Pool snagged a copy for us to enjoy. Since lately the first trickle indicates a future flood probably plenty more coming soon.

Toyfare Magazine Transformer Article

The current issue of Toyfare has about five pages of articles with Transformers writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci along with a interview with Peter Cullen. Ironically I use to get Toyfare until last year when they switched to some bizarro tabloid mimicking writing story that was high on nonsense and low on actually information. However, based on the below summary from the "AutobotMaximal" on the TFans board, I don't think I missed anything. Most of the information has already been released online in various ways and no movies spoilers are indicated.
The summary:
Toyfare #115 March 2007(source)
Under a short article named "Cheesy Rider", about some of the "most bizarro bikers in toy history", Action Master Prowl [from 1986ish line - TFL] is shown and the writers aren't sure why a Transformer that can turn into a police car would need to ride a motorcycle.
There's a 5 page article about the 2007 Transformers Movie that starts out by mentioning that writers Alex Kurtzman and Robert Orci have been friends since high school and mentions the shows they started their careers working on. There is a pretty good interview, where they asked the pair things such as "were they Transfans as kids", to which they both said that they were. When asked if Cybertron would be shown in the new movie, they replied that they can "neither confirm or deny" that rumor. There is also an interview with Peter Cullen, appropriately titled "The House that Peterbilt", about his role as the popular Optimus Prime and how he went about landing that role in the upcoming movie. He mentioned that the support he received from Transformers fans is what drove him to go after that role. Official pics of Protoform Optimus Prime and Protoform Starscream are shown, in both modes and it mentions that they should be available May 1.
Classics Grimlock is listed as #8 on Toyfare's "Top 10 Hottest Action Figures". That's it for this month...

Frank Welker Will Be Megatron?
IESB.net is reporting that multiple studio sources are reporting that Frank Welker, the original voice of Megatron, man of crapload of voices, could be days away from signing the contract that will have him reprise his role as the voice of Megatron. Frank would join fellow Transformers G1 alumni Peter Cullen creating the voice matchup that fans and the movie producers have been pushing for.
But before you get your hopes up, other sources also where indicating that Hugo Weaving, from Lord of the Rings and Matrix films, was also being considered to voice the iconic villain. Considering the $150 million dollar budget of the film and a cast of unknowns, Hugo could add a little star wattage to the film to help in its promotion to those who don't know what Transformers are.
No date on when final casting will be announced but here is hoping it will be soon to put the speculation out of its misery.
